Human psychology is dominated by either freedom or fear; there are no other paths. In both cases, we must engage with our true selves and ambitions, and this leads us to independence, growth, happiness, and transcendence. In contrast, the other causes us to avoid challenges as much as possible despite the fact that struggle is often the very thing that will lead to growth.
There is often regret associated with this path because it leads to weakness, conformity, and conformity. We discover our destiny when we pursue Personal Freedom; when we fear, we look at our downfall. Motivating ourselves is a term often used to describe our reasons for tapping into these motives. There are times when we are motivated to move forward or to halt, to grow or to shrink, to settle or to strive for greatness.
Most people would understand how motivation works in their lives if freedom Oftentimes, the actions we take in life are influenced by whether we are driven by fear or by freedom. When we don’t have compelling reasons to take action or when our instincts are fearful or protective, we tend to stay put. We are more likely to consistently advance our lives if we have a strong list of reasons to move forward and conditioned our impulses to support freedom.
were at stake. Despite this, many people remain clueless, reacting to each day of life without understanding or control. The result is that they are slaves to impulse and are not free. It is for this reason that so many people are trapped in aimlessness, apathy, and fear. The majority of people remain unsure of what motivates them. One of the first virtues of the great among us is their capacity to stay motivated for a long time.
Success and fulfillment in life depend upon the ability to get up every day, to be ourselves, to chase our dreams with fire, and to keep willing ourselves to the next level of presence, performance, and potential. Motivating ourselves is at the heart of our entire human value system. The great human values that keep us and society in check -kindness, love, honesty, fairness, unity, tolerance, respect, responsibility – wouldn’t flourish if we weren’t motivated to promote them.
As a result if we cannot master our motivations at an individual level, we cannot be happy, and if we cannot maintain our motives for goodness at a societal level, we are doomed to failure. Would we be able to achieve great things if we truly activated our human motivation? Imagine how the world would change, almost immediately, if citizens could turn on their motivation whenever they wanted, for as long as they wanted. What would happen if more people became free and happy? Can we end poverty with the stamina we have now?
Are we going to build more schools? Would it be possible to end famine, eliminate diseases, free those wrongfully imprisoned, stop global warming, and achieve remarkable progress in every corner of the world? How many more billions of people would be able to realize their dreams? If we could get rid of all that apathy and aimlessness and fire our people with a conscious mind and a deeply committed heart, how different would our society be?
If the world prospered, imagine what it would be like. Just imagine how free you would be. Motivation is surprisingly easy to figure out and implement, so this is a possibility. In order to get started, let’s demystify the why of our work.
